Cajun Butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 shallots
¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp kosher sale
1 tsp white pepper
¼ tsp cayenne
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir with a wood spoon until thoroughly blended. Place Cajun Butter onto a large sheet of waxed paper and shape into a log. Refrigerate and cutting into patties when chilled.
