Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 large tomatoes
- Lemon zest
- Mint
- 1 cucumber
- Sour cream (Or yogurt)
- Arugula
- Feta cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season ground pork with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
- Shape ground pork on kebabs sticks about 2 cm in diameter, leaving space on the kebab to hold.
- Grill on MEDIUM-HIGH heat until kebabs reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- For the sauce, mix chopped lemon zest and mint into sour cream or a rich high-fat yogurt and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with large diced tomatoes, cucumber, fresh arugula, and feta cheese.
