Peri-Peri Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
- 0.5 kg Bird’s Eye Chilis
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 5 mL Paprika
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- ½ bunch Basil
- 100mL Vegetable Oil
- 1 Lemon (juice and zest)
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your Broil King pellet smoker or gas grill with a smoker box to 300°F and smoke garlic and chilies for 30 minutes.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Add salt to taste.
- Marinate chicken overnight and/or reserve some sauce for serving.
