Turn pellet assist on and set temperature of the iQue hopper to 180. You do not want the temperature to exceed 200 F at max.

Ingredients

All purpose flour

Wood pellets - mild fruitwood

Instructions

1.  Place a smoke box filled with fruit wood directly on top of Flav-R-Wave                      

2. Turn on the grill, once smoke has started, adjust the grill temperature to >200 ° F:  180 ° F is ideal. Use an instant read IR thermometer to get your reading, or an iQue smart thermometer.

3. Cool completely and store in an airtight container. Will keep its smoke aroma for up to 3 weeks.

1. Spread flour max 1/2 “ deep on a Broil King® Stainless Steel Shallow roasting pan

2. Smoke under 200 ° F, 180° F is ideal for 1 hour minimum. Stirring every 10 minutes with a whisk to ensure
