Cabbage & Corned Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cabbage
  • 1/2 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp beer
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Cut cabbage into 6 wedges leaving wedges attached at base. Place on 24 x 18 inch heavy duty foil.
  2. Divide corned beef into 6 equal portions and place between wedges. Sprinkle cabbage with beer and pepper. Wrap and seal.
  3. Cook 30 – 45 minutes with the lid down or until the cabbage is tender.
