Smoked Chicken Legs

Ingredients

  • 6 whole chicken legs (thighs attached)
  • Spice rubs of your choice
  • Handful of wood chips of your choice

Directions

  1. Prepare the Keg for indirect grilling at 250°F. Fill the diffuser kit with water and add the wood chips.
  2. Smoke the chicken legs at 250°F for 4-5 hours, or until crispy on the outside, and the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
