I originally posted a low review of the multi-purpose tool and would like to update the review. The company demonstrated a great level of service and proactively replaced the product. A great grill backed by great customer service.

helpful tool but not stable when moving a grate
The idea of this tool is very good. However when using it to move and adjust a grate it is unstable and tippy. My grate hit the deck and broke. Other functions like ash removal etc work fine, it's not expensive so is worth having. Just be careful if moving a grate with it!

Not built to last like the Keg
I absolutely love my Broil King Keg (Actually original Bubba Keg) but was disappointed when my multitool head came off. I keep it for adjusting the dampers but no longer have the ability to lift my grate with it or pull out the ashes.
