The body of the Regal™ Pellet 400 is constructed from 2 mm (14 gauge) steel, has a primary cooking surface of 3,226 sq.cm (500 sq.in.) and a secondary cooking surface of 1,226 sq.cm (190 sq.in). It comes with heavy-duty, cast iron cooking grids. The WiFi- and Bluetooth®-enabled digital controller allows precise temperature control and the control panel’s large display is easy to read. This innovative product comes further equipped with a powerful auger, 9 kg (22-lb) capacity pellet hopper, removable grease management system, unique ash management system, deluxe rotisserie kit, two electronic meat probes, base storage and a side shelf.
