Pork Kofta Style Kebabs

Ground pork is very fatty, which makes it much easier to cook to perfection. Try using half ground lamb, beef, or veal with pork to see how it changes the flavors and textures.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together ground pork, parsley, chili sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Using metal kebabs, shape ground pork mixture into sausages about 2 cm in diameter.
  3. Grill on high for 15-20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
