INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams of cremini or common white mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame or olive oil
- A splash of fish sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all of the marinade ingredients together in a bowl, whisk thoroughly
- Add all of the mushrooms (cleaned) to the marinade and toss thoroughly, let marinade for up to 10 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or pellet grill on MEDIUM-HIGH (~500F (260C) to grill the mushrooms directly.
- Season the cooking grids with oil immediately before grilling. Grill the mushrooms, move them often to get the appropriate sear marks, grill until soft roughly 10 minutes.
