Broil King is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We collect personal data only when you provide it to us, through registration, completion of forms or e-mails, as part of an order for products or services, inquiries or requests about materials being ordered and similar situations in which you have chosen to provide the information to us.  Additional information may be required for specific activities such as when registering your Broil King product: you will be asked to provide product information such as model and serial number, purchase date, price, retailer name, and proof of purchase.  You are not required to complete and submit the product registration form to which this notice refers, but you must be aware that, should you choose not to submit a fully completed form, we may be unable to meet your requests or to provide you with our requested services properly. This may also prevent us from sending you information which we think may be of interest or benefit to you, such as information about extended warranties for the product (s) you have purchased. 

 If you do not want your personal information collected, do not provide it to us.

The database and its contents remain at our company and stay with data processors or servers acting on our behalf and responsible to us. Your personal data will not be passed on by us or by our agents for use by third parties in any form whatsoever, unless we have obtained your consent or are legally required to do so.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

You can visit all public areas of our site without providing any personal information about yourself. Our Web site collects only non-personal information based on a visitor’s Internet Protocol (IP) address (this is not personally identifiable). Information collected includes the date and time of visit, the type of Internet browser used to access the site, the referring address (the link a visitor uses to access the site). This data is used to create statistics on site usage and improve online services.

GOOGLE ADWORDS

This website uses Google AdWords, an analysis service provided by Google, and Conversion Tracking as part of Google AdWords. In doing so, if you click on an advertisement displayed by Google, Google AdWords places a cookie for Conversion Tracking on the hard driver of your computer (a “conversion cookie”). These cookies are not used for personal identification. If you visit specific pages on our website, we and Google can detect that you have clicked on this advertisement and were directed to this page.

The information collected by means of the conversion cookies serve to create statistics for AdWords customers who use Conversion Tracking.   • Parent Corporation: Onward Manufacturing Company Inc. is the parent corporation to Broil King, operated in the USA, under Parent company Onward Manufacturing Company Limited headquartered in Canada.
  • Business Transfers: Broil King reserves the right, under consideration of statutory law, to disclose or transfer your personal information in connection with the sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business or assets.
  • Companies who work on our behalf: Broil King contracts with other companies to perform business support functions on our behalf, which may involve limited access to your personal information. Broil King requires these companies to use the information only to provide the contracted services; they are prohibited from transferring the information to another party except as needed to provide those services. Some examples of these business support functions include email delivery, customer survey execution, customer support, purchasing trends, re-targeting and re-marketing.
