Brady’s Flattened Chickens

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 flattened chicken
  • 1 bottle Broil King® Perfect KC BBQ Spice Rub
  • 1 Broil King Roasting Basket
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

FOR THE SMOKE

  • Broil King® Smoke Master’s Blend Pellets

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your pellet grill on MEDIUM 350°F (177°C), hit the ROAST quick-set button to get there easily.
  2. While your grill preheats, drizzle the chicken with olive oil and rub it down thoroughly with KC BBQ Rub. Place your flattened chicken into your grill basket and pin it tightly skin up.
  3. Place the basket on the grill meat side down. Roast for 45 minutes.
  4. Flip, place skin side down. Roast for 45 minutes. The chicken is ready to serve when it hits 165°F (74°C). internally at the thickest point and the skin is golden brown
  5. Slice and serve.
