Grilled Fruit Salad With Strawberry Jam

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 navel Orange
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Pears
  • 1 Pineapple
  • Honey
  • Oil
  • Icing Sugar
  • Strawberry Jam

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice pear, pineapple, apple, and banana into even-sized slices, about 1 cm thick. Separate orange and grapefruit segments. (To make “supremes” similar to the picture, slice off the top and bottom of the orange to create a cylinder, finish removing peel using a knife and slice individual segments out with a paring knife)
  2. Toss fruit with oil and grill on high heat for about 2 minutes per side.
  3. Before removing from heat, baste fruit with honey on both sides.
  4. Layer fruit on a serving tray and top with icing sugar and a dollop of strawberry jam.
