Grilled Fingerling Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 pounds (1.36 kilograms) fingerling potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Scrub potatoes well. Toss with olive oil and kosher salt. Lay out on a grill topper, grill on MEDIUM 25–30 minutes, turn often. Potatoes should be on the soft side of firm. Remove and garnish with ground pepper.
