Maple Plank Salmon With Herbs

INGREDIENTS

  • Maple plank
  • 700-grams salmon fillet
  • 50-grams fresh dill
  • 50-grams fresh parsley
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cane sugar
  • Black pepper
  • Lime zest – 1 lime

DIRECTIONS

  1. Rub salmon with lime zest, cracked peppercorn, cane sugar, and olive oil.
  2. Place salmon filet skin side down on a maple plank and place directly on grids.
  3. Sprinkle herbs over top and bake at 350°F (177°C) for 20-30 minutes or until the desired internal temperature is reached.
