My first attempt, and it was perfect!
I cook a lot and I grill all the time, but for some reason, I'd never cooked on a cedar plank. I soaked it for a bit, placed the fish on the plank, seasoned it and cooked. The salmon was outstanding. Perfect subtle smokey flavour. I need to do this a lot more!

Great grilling planks!
