so many grill cooking utensils/pans have openings too large that allow what you're cooking to fall into the grill. i love grilling vegies & rice. this one retains what i'm cooking yet allows the grilling flavor to whatever is cooked. i also like the raised sides that prevent spill over when cooking. the all stainless steel construction is also what sold me. this is a winner unlike many grill cooking utensils. forget the aluminum foil and go with a pro & healthy cooking product. best i've seen on this application
