USE ALL THE TIME!
The Broil King people showed me how to use the box with different wood chips to get different flavors and i love it! Who would've known that wood chips are ingredients!

Best smoker box for a gas BBQ I've used
I have used many "universal" smoker pucks/boxes and none of them worked any good. I tried this Broil King one made specifically for my BBQ and what a difference! You can feel the quality just by picking it up. You can put liquid or wood chips in. You just have to experiment with the heat under the smoker box so you don't have your chips go up in flame instead of smoking.
