2021-2023 BROIL KING BARBECUE WARRANTY POLICY

The following warranty applies to 2021-2023 Broil King models, is effective from date of purchase and is limited to the repair or replacement of parts at no charge which prove to be defective under normal domestic use. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser as indicated on the warranty registration and applies only to products sold at retail and only when used exclusively by the purchaser in country where purchased. The 2021 warranty information (above) applies to barbecues purchased in 2021 and after.

The 2020 warranty policy applies to grills purchased in the 2020 season.

The 2019 warranty policy applies to grills purchased in the 2019 season.

The 2018 warranty policy applies to grills purchased between 2015 and 2018.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, vandalism, improper installation or improper maintenance or service, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance, including but not limited to damage caused by insects within the burner tubes, as set out in the owner’s manual. Deterioration or damage due to severe weather conditions such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes or tornadoes, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals either directly or in the atmosphere.

Shipping or transportation costs. Removal or re-installation costs. Labor costs for installation and repair. Cost of service calls. Liability for indirect, or consequential damages. Gas grills deemed to be used as a communal amenity or gas grills not directly used and maintained by the purchaser.

WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCEDURE

All warranty is handled directly by OMC. If your grill is not registered, we require the following information to complete a claim : Model Number, Serial Number and proof of purchase (copy of sales slip or invoice). Please note – in some case, we may require parts be returned to OMC Warranty Department, shipping charges prepaid.

Onward Manufacturing Company Limited (OMC) commits to the original purchaser of the barbecue (or recipient in the case when a new product is given as a gift / prize), that it is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period listed in the warranty table, when assembled and operated in accordance with the accompanying Owner’s Manual.

Please note that the OMC Warranty is effective from date of purchase and is limited to the repair or replacement of parts at no charge, which prove to be defective under normal domestic use as indicated on the warranty page of the Owner’s Manual. The product must be properly cleaned and maintained according to the Owner’s Manual instructions and must not be used in a communal or commercial application for the warranty to apply. Normal wear and tear are excluded. Parts replaced under this warranty are to be installed by customer and are warranted for the balance of the original warranty.

  • Serial Number.
  • Date of Purchase and Proof of Purchase (Copy of Receipt).
  • A brief description of the problem, with part number if available.

Courtesy shipping is provided for warranty orders during the six (6) months after the original date of purchase. After this period, a freight charge will be applied to all warranty orders.
