INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Cilantro – Rough Chop
- ½ cup Parsley – Rough Chop
- 1/3 cup Red Onion – Rough Chop
- 4 Garlic – Skinned
- 2 Green Onion – Rough Chop
- 3 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
- 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Chili Flakes
- 1 tsp Dried Sumac
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Roughly 1/3 cup Good Quality Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Take all the ingredients except the olive oil and place into a food processor. Give it a couple buzzes to rough chop all the ingredient and incorporate. Then, on Low speed, blitz and begin to drizzle in the Olive Oil till its all in. Turn off the food processor.
- Pour into a bowl and allow to sit for a bit to allow the flavors to come together.
