INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup White sugar
  • 6 cups 18% table cream
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 4 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup
  • Marshmallows
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine cocoa powder, sugar, cream, milk, vanilla, syrup in the rib roaster. Heat over MEDIUM heat in the rib roaster until nearly boiling reduce to low and cover. Serve as necessary top with whipped cream, marshmallows and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
