INGREDIENTS 12 cups (3 litres) apple cider 2 apples sliced thin Several Star anise Cinnamon sticks DIRECTIONS Combine cider, apples, anise cloves, cinnamon sticks in the rib roaster. Heat over MEDIUM heat to a simmer, reduce to low and cover. Serve as necessary, use anise cloves and cinnamon sticks as a garnish when serving.
