Frustrating
So far very disappointed with this grill. During assembly, noticed paint bubbles on the base (BK sent a new base). After first use, I noticed the IR burner did not glow the bright orange as shown in any review and even on the Broil King You tube channel. Called again, and was sent another part with NO installation instructions. And tell me why after spending $2000 am I the one to fix it? BK, send me the whole base unit so I don't have to deal with a gas line and potential leaks. Oh, and the IR burner has some bracket mounted on the knob not allowing the temperature to be lowered below medium. What?! So it can't be used on a low temperature? Now after being unable to get a grill cover on before a light rain started, the entire base is full of water. Wish I took pics but after drying it out I decided to write this review. We've had this grill a few weeks and I regret ever getting it.

Purchased 4 years ago with new house. By far the most I've ever spent on a grill and couldn't be happier. The durability and strength of the grates is incredible, it heats up quickly, the side burner is actually useful. Other than the letters peeling off, I have zero complaints.

Best bang for your buck!
Wicked barbecue. Solid build, huge surface area, evenly heats up grills, maintains constant temp for slow rendering. Awesome grill
