  • 1/2 cup (100 g) crumbled blue cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the grill to MEDIUM heat at 350°F (177°C).
  2. Wrap the beans in bacon. No need to pin them: they will hold their shape as they roast.
  3. Lay the wrapped beans on a Broil King grill topper.
  4. Place the grill topper on top of the cooking grates and grill for up to 30 minutes, or until the bacon is the proper doneness.
  5. Remove and serve!
